Dr. Abhilasha Theegala

Dr. Abhilasha brings over a decade of experience in medicine, pediatric research, and healthcare leadership across India and the United States. Her journey into early childhood education became deeply personal when she stepped away from her career to raise her children during their earliest years.
Watching her children thrive in a nurturing preschool environment — through warm morning welcomes, meaningful celebrations, and joyful learning experiences — affirmed her belief that early childhood is a foundation to protect.

With extensive teaching experience across leading schools and preschools in Hyderabad, Aruna brings the heart of a teacher and the wisdom of a mother to BRIQ. Her background spans pre-primary and primary education, curriculum planning, and child-centered learning.
She believes the earliest years shape not only how children learn, but who they become. Her work is guided by warmth, consistency, creativity, and a deep respect for childhood.

Maneesha brings strong experience in Human Resources, administration, and organizational leadership. She has led large teams and built systems with precision, care, and accountability.
Her perspective as a mother of two helped shape BRIQ’s commitment to hygiene, emotional safety, family partnership, and joyful routines. For her, preschool is a child’s first social world — where confidence, friendships, discipline, and respect begin.
